Incoplace operates a volunteer moderation team. Moderators may remove posts, issue warnings, or ban accounts that breach these terms. Moderation decisions may be appealed by contacting us, but we retain final authority over all decisions.

Users who purchase promoted listings through the site agree to only advertise lawful goods and services. We reserve the right to reject or remove any advertisement without refund if it violates these terms or applicable law.

All design elements, logos, software, and original content produced by Incoplace are our property and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission. The Incoplace name and branding are not to be used without authorisation.
